Grandma loves Rock

Started on stage 2 with Rhabstallion and gosh, what can I say, but the sound was so much better, Grandma enjoyed today’s performance so much. The singers’ voice is so good. Great lead guitar work, 10 out of 10 for today’s show.

The 2nd band on was @The Darker My Horizon Grandma has these on her favourites list. The band sounds amazing, and has time for its fans. Paul, the lead singer has a wonderful voice and Grandma loves the 3 guitar sound.

Russ, the drummer is very skilled and played brilliantly even with an injury to his hand.

Grandma really enjoyed the song incredibly from the New Album; Grandpa has promised Grandma a copy!

The next band Grandma listened too was called @Voltstorm. Loud and fantastic!

A 4 piece group consisting of a singer, drummer and 2 guitarists. Grandma loved the sound they produced, and the singer had a great vocal range. The lead guitarist was amazing during the song, Break The Silence.

Next on was Mark Daly and the Ravens, a band with 5 members from Ireland. The singer, drummer and 3 guitarists, produced an amazing wall of sound. They played several new songs and Grandma really like the 3rd new song “Better off Alone” it was full of energy and had a catchy theme with fantastic vocals.

The crowd loved it when they sang Jailbreak by Thin Lizzy Official Grandpa bought the CD, he liked them as well.

Next band was Ronnie Romero Official Site 2 guitarists a drummer, keyboard player and singer. Grandma loved it when he sang a song from Rainbow, the solo guitar work was fantastic, his voice was superb, and it reminded Grandma why she loves Rock! Thank you Ronnie for singing Rainbow in the dark, you made me cry and made my festival

Kee Marcello performs @Europe. The singer has a wonderful voice and great stage presence. Kee was joined on stage with 4 other members of his band, guitarist, a keyboard player who also stood in to help Eric Martin from Mr Big last year, when Eric was struggling with his vocals and drummer. Grandma was worried as they had to follow Ronnie but she need not have worried.

Last on for the main stage tonight is Geoff Tate, The Big Rock Show Tour 2025, 6 members of the band on stage, 4 guitarists and a drummer behind a screen.

Grandma was disgusted with the singers’ attitude; he threw 4 speakers off the front of the stage, hit one of the photographers and nearly hitting the others in the pit. And then he kicked out at the stage manager when he attempted to put the monitors back on the stage.

I’m not sure who he thinks he is but he is not a good role model for others, I don’t normally say poor things but the phrase d!ck h3@d comes to mind! Grandmas not impressed! He ended up going back on stage but Grandma left, along with a lot of others who were disgusted by his arrogance and attitude.
