Blues Legend SIMON MCBRIDE joins the HRH Blues

ft. HRH Crows Lineup for November 2020!

To be hand-picked by Sweet Savage to replace none other than Vivian Campbell (Def Leppard), at the tender age of 15, says pretty much all you need to know about Northern Ireland’s blues legend Simon McBride. Quoting influences such as Jimi Hendrix, Rory Gallagher, Gary Moore and Thin Lizzy, Simon really couldn’t be more suited to HRH Blues vs CROWS.

After a couple of albums for the hard rock outfit, Simon flew the nest and embarked on a solo career, which has seen him release 3 studio albums, plus 2 EPs in 2019 entitled ‘Show Me How To Love’ and ‘100 Days’. His career has seen him play high profile slots at festivals including Glastonbury in 2011 and Don Airey’s Soul and Blues festival in 2011 and 2013.

More recently Simon replaced Micky Moody in Snakecharmer, appearing on their second album and touring with the well-respected outfit.

Sadly Roger Chapman has cancelled a lot of his 2020 performances including HRH Blues 7, however, Simon McBride will be taking his place.
